Selling your hair to make money may seem simple, but for one woman called Desiré Henriksen from Arizona, it was the difference between a sad Christmas and a happy Christmas for her and her family.

Now selling your hair may not be for everyone, but it is an easy option. Apparently the quality of the hair increases the price. The hair is used to help make hair extensions and is in big demand.

How to make quick money is the quest that most people have been searching for all their lives. In fact how to make quick money is something that most people want to do, but simply never ever do. Surely it can't be that difficult to do and if it is the case why is it that so many people fail?

I live in a place where I see millions of people going to work every day. Most of them work so very hard and very long hours, yet they never seem to ever be able to reach their golden pot. Why is it so elusive to man yet a seemingly simple endeavour?

What is it that the most of us miss about making money?

I am reading a book at the moment that challenges the concept that man is imperfect. It states that if God is perfect he would only create perfect. God created man. God said in the Garden of Eden that if we ate the fruit we would die. He did not say we would be imperfect. So maybe we are perfect, but we have grown up thinking that we are imperfect and telling each other that we are imperfect and therefore we act as if we are imperfect. But what about all our mistakes we make? How could we make mistakes if we are perfect? Maybe we do not make mistakes, but rather we give feed-back on things. Some things we do have a negative impact on others and so they see it as a mistake.

This is the theory of the book.

So I tried to apply this theory to making money and I asked myself, how would life be if we told ourselves from the start of life that making money was easy and that we did not have to go to work everyday to make it, but rather we can see it right in front of our eyes all of the time.

Is the ability of how to make quick money hiding from us simply because we choose not to see it? What would happen if we started to think differently and started to believe that we knew how to make quick money?

If not, you may need to revise some of the steps that you have done and make sure that you have done them correctly or that you are in the right niche.

It can take time to find the exact niche that you need to be in, so do not be afraid to experiment by changing the words and looking for the exact niche. There may even be areas of a niche that you have never even thought of. One of the problems with SEO these days is that it used to be a specialized service (I remember paying 4,000$ for a company to do it for me about 5 years ago) and now it can be done by virtually anyone. This means that there maybe loads of people operating in your niche.

For example in the niche of “how to make money without money” there are over 70 million websites, but in the niche “how to make money writing letters from Santa Claus there are only 250,000 competing sites on Google and most of those will not be appropriate.

So have a play around and see if you can come up with some niches that you can easily be master of, yet still have good traffic.

The actual deal I will leave up to you, but basically you are looking at piggy backing their list in a legitimate way.

How to make money without money yesterday promoted the concept of joining forums related to your niche and start to get to know people by replying to questions already made in the forum.

Remember do not spam as you will be hit hard if not banned. You can also start to make new topics of your own but make them valid to your niche. Questions like "What did you eat for dinner last night?" when your niche is golf for the over 40's does not get good results so make sure your questions are relevant and also make sure that your answers are helpful. Answers such as "Yes", "No" and "Cool" do not get you noticed.

Today I want to discuss another area of generating traffic from forums and that is through paid advertising on the forum.

Even if your forum does not presently have advertising it is possible that if you approach the owner of the forum and do a deal or simply offer to pay for adverts they may allow it. Incredibly some forum owners really have never thought of it.

This is a very powerful way of getting noticed. Everytime a viewer opens a page, he will see your advert and if only 2 or 3% of the people click on it, that will result in a considerable amount of traffic.

So today go to your forums, see if they have adverts and see if you can advertise on the forums. Design your adverts and try some different styles and formats.

How to make money without money is not nearing the last few days of the 20 day challenge and I hope that you have enjoyed it and that you have learnt some really valuable lessons.

Many people will have given up by now, but if you are dedicated to changing your life I know you will be with me. You may find that you did not get the results you wanted from your niche and that is actually ok. I have had a few niches that I thought would be great only to find that they didn't work.

This is great to know before you spend a lot of money setting up new sites and businesses and that is what how to make money without money is all about. finding the thing that works for you.

If you do not have the results you wanted it may just be that your keyword is not effective or you are in the wrong area all together. You will have results by now that should answer that question either way.

If you are in the correct niche and you really want to continue with that niche how to make money without money has another way to get traffic to your site.

This is using forums. Now the way to find forums is easy. For example: go to google and type in how to make money without money forums and this will give you a list of forums to go to.

How to make money without money and wordpressdirect offer interesting combination of opportunities. By now you should have already set up your account and hopefully you have your site up and running. If not go and do it now before you begin this as without your site, non of what I am about to tell you is relevant.

Once your site is up and running, go to the control area of the site in wordpressdirect and go to the tab marked “manage content software” and you will see a number of content management systems such as Youtube to wordpress, wordpress answers and WP shopping.

What these systems do is to take content from the internet and paste it into your site based on your keywords and it keeps your blog fresh and full of relevant content and Google really loves this.

But use it very carefully.

So in between your own posting you can use this facility to import content without having to write it and keep people come to your site.

Now 1st go to “view keywords” and a list of your keywords will appear. If you need to add more keywords go to the “admin control” tab and you will see the option to add more keywords. It is all fairly easy. You should set up your keywords in the following manner. In the “category” tab choose the most appropriate to your keyword and then in the “Youtube” category do the same. I recommend that you add the “relevance” tab and change posting type to “supervised posting” This allows you to manually select the posting so that spam articles and other rubbish do not get added on. At least you can control it.

Then go to “search and add posts” and select the post that you want to add to your blog. It is that simple. This gives you fresh content and can be changed on a regular basis.

How to make money without money will soon be looking at new directions, but before we go there I would like you to think about one more service as it has one feature that I think is really cool.

If your site is a blog style site, this website is really cool as it loads your whole site, with graphics, header and even stuff like Adsense all in one go. I personally do not use the built in Adsense generator as the adverts are loaded all in a space of their own and I prefer them blended in. So I use my own code and insert it into the content with a wrap around feature so it looks more integrated. It’s up to you which you prefer.

In a moment I will tell you what the site is, but let me tell you that this site is free for up to 3 websites. Yes you can have up to 3 of your own websites completely designed for you for free. All the templates graphics and everything are included and you can add adverts and lots of other features that would normally take a beginner ages to learn to encode in html.

So what is the site? Well go to wordpressdirect and register for the free version. Now be careful if you have content on your website already as when you load this new site it will over write your site and any work you have will go. Actually you can recover it if you now how to access your ftp files and you are an advanced user. If you would like to see one of my sites using this service you can click here to take a look.

Only load this site if you are sure you want to use it. Tomorrow I will show you a really neat feature but for today, just go and check out the site. How to make money without money is about to take a new direction for some people. Up to now everything we have done can be done for free if you use the correct websites and services that we talked about already and by now you should be getting some results.

Today is decision day. We need to decide if we are going to continue with the key words we have been using or if indeed we need to start again because of poor results and this is how you tell if it is safe to go on or not.

1)Have you made any money at all? If yes great you could be on the correct track. If no, don’t worry too much as the next step will tell you more information.

2)Do you have 200 visitors a day coming to your site?

If the answer is yes to both questions, you may have a winner! If the answer is no to both questions, you may have chosen the wrong keyword and it may be time to choose another keyword. Do not become attached with the keyword. We are trying to make money here not fall in love with our keywords. Or you may need to go over what we have done and see if there is something you have missed or could do better.

If the answer is no to question number 2 then either you could be doing something wrong or you have the wrong keyword and it may be time to change. If the answer to question number 1 is no, do not worry too much as long as you have traffic. It maybe that you just need to change the book that you are selling for something a bit better so play around with other products for the affiliate sales. Looking at a worst case situation, you should be aiming to sell 1 product for every 2 visitors.

Why is it important to decide today what we are going to do? Well in the next day or two, we will be starting to spend a little money. By now, I hope that you have generated a small amount. If not just keep going, tweaking and changing things until you do. Today however, we are going to focus on a special site that will really help you with your internet marketing and start to drive traffic to your site.

Internet marketing is not as easy as it seems and there are 101 different ways to do it and everyone will tell you that there way is the best, but I just don't think you can beat the tried and tested ways and one of these ways is using ezine articles

So go on over to ezinearticles and if you have not done so already register for a new account.

The way to start our internet marketing is by doing it properly. So today I want you to write an article and submit it to ezinearticles. now there are many resources on the internet to show you how to do your keyword research and also how to write your articles correctly, but I recommend that you use your keyword as the opening word of the article and that you use it once in each paragraph and then it is the last word of the article also. The article that you write should be original and not copied from somewhere else.

Once you submit the article it will take a few days to be approved. Normally with your first few articles it is about 7 days, but once you get the article approved you will be amazed at how much traffic it will bring so submit new articleas on a regular basis.

So today concentrate on your internet marketing and submit your first ezine article and let's get going.

Today I want you to go to weebly and register for a new account and set up a new weebly page. This is actually quite easy. Just follow the instructions.

Do not forget to include your adsense account.

Also put in some links to external pages, but most importantly remember to put in the link to your new website and don't forget to use your key word in the title of the weebly site.

Very simply selling of all kinds is a numbers game no matter what you are selling and you must have as much traffic to your site all of the time to make a consistent amount of money.

So today is a fairly simple day but this will take you a couple of hours to do but today I want you to got to Squidoo and register and make a new lens. The lens title should be that of your key word and the content should all be about your key word also. Remember to follow the rules and do not make spam sites. Legitimate sites will give you the results.

Once you have done that then head over to Hubpages and open an account there and also create a new page with the same name as your keyword and make new original content. do not just copy content from your other sites. Make it really great content and again follow the rules.

Once you have finished these sites go back to digg, propeller, technorati, twitter and the other social sites and let the world know again as you did yesterday.

How to make money without money should be getting exciting for you by now. You website should be online and you should have an affiliate product and have Google analytics installed and at least one article submitted to the site by now.

Now we need to tell the world you exist which will get you noticed by the search engines. When I did this the first time I had 86 hits in the first 4 hours to my site. This is super impressive for me and I can see great possibilities with the site and my other sites.

So now go to the following sites if you have not already done so and register an account and submit your new page from the blog to them. Do not submit the blog, but rather the individual page so that you can upload another page tomorrow and re-submit:

Delicious
Twitter

Once you have submitted your page to these sites, site back for a few hours and see what happens. For me I had very fast traffic as you can see by checking your Google analytics.

How to make money without money should have shown you so far how to set up your research and your internet site and if you have been following the challenge you should have a website up and running with your first article on it.

Now today we are going to start to monetize the site. If you remember on day four of the challenge I asked you to go to Clickbank and Amazon and register for account as affiliates. I hope by now you have done that and that you have selected the product you want to sell from those pages as a test. Remember, what we are doing here is not affiliate selling, but rather testing the market. If you haven't done this yet take a look at my links for an example of what we are trying to get you to achieve. If you have your affiliate links this is where you should put them in if you have not done so already.

The next thing you will do today is set up your tracking system. In order to see how many people are coming to your site and where they come from and a whole load more information which is really important you will need to set up Google analytics. you will need to set up an account with google and then head over to the analytics page. Once you are there you will need to enter your website address and copy some code into your website page. It may look complicated to some of you but it is actually simple if you read the instructions carefully or if you get stuck go and google it. There is loads of information about how to do it. How to make money without money 20 day challenge is now 1 week old and by now you should have done all of your research and have your keywords. You should have some affiliate links and by now you should have registered a domain name in the name of your keyword and got a host and your site should be live and running waiting for your first piece of content.

If you haven’t done any of that yet I suggest that you go back over the how to make money without money 20 day challenge and start to catch up. Don’t get far behind as there is a lot to do.

Today you will upload some new content to your site. I suggest that the first thing you do is go to a site like ezinearticles and take a look at the content there about your keyword. Also go to google and get some content also and save it to your hard drive and take a very good read through it making notes.

Now this is very important! Do Not… I repeat… Do Not copy the content of anyone else. First you may be copying copyright material which is a no no! Secondly, google likes original content. Now everyone can write something about something, especially when you have similar articles to guide you, but here are some guidelines:

1) Write original content. Do not copy
2) Make your keyword the title of the first article on your blog
3) Use a spell checker to make sure the spelling is correct
4) Try to use your keyword as the first words in the first paragraph and highlight it bold
5) Make each paragraph about 4 or 5 sentences. Visitors do not like long paragraphs
6) Try to use your keyword at least once in each paragraph
7) Try to make the last words you write in the last paragraph your keyword
8) Write something exciting and interesting
9) About 400 – 600 words is good
10) Go to www.HowToMakeMoneyWithoutMoneyBlog.com for an example

Once you have written your article and you are happy with it, upload it to your website and hey presto you have your first article.

How to make money without money will really start to take shape today. To day we will go and find a domain name and get hosting so that you can get your website up on the internet. This is starting to get exciting.

So I hope that by now you have found the main key phrase that you want to use and this is going to be the title for your website. Now the frustrating part of this may be that after what you do next, you may have to select a different keyword using the same process that we have used up to now and this is the reason why.

Next you need to go to godaddy web site hosting service and find out if your keyword is available. Now you may find that it has already been taken. But to give you an idea of what to do, you need to type in your key word into the godaddy web site hosting search bar. My keyword for my new site I am developing with my 20 day plan is HowToMakeMoneyWithoutMoney, but the keyword was already taken and so I had to use “HowToMakeMoneyWithoutMoneyBlog”. You may find an alternative by adding extensions to it, but do not change the order of the words to read “WithoutMoneyHowToMakeMoney” for example unless you find that your new keyword search allows it and of course it should make sense in English.

If the keyword is available I suggest you register it straight away as they keywords go very fast and you will never get the chance again. So jump over now to the godaddy web site hosting service and reserve your domain name using your keyword now.

The second part to today’s lesson is hosting. You will need a host to provide you storage space for your website. Now I cannot explain all about hosting here, but if you do not understand hosing please go to google and have a look there first. You will need a little bit of technical skills or ask a friend to do it for you. For a small charge I can also do it for you if you get really stuck.

I recommend hostgator for your hosting. They have cpanel which you will need and they are really great with online help and I have used them for a number of years with no problems. So go to hostgator and sign up for one of the beginner packs which will give you unlimited hosting.

If you are doing all of this without budget, you can do all of the above for free on one of the free services such as blogspot, but the problem with this is that you do not own the site. This is why I have setup my new site at www.howtomakemoneywithoutmoneyblog.com I now own and control the site 100% and it is well worth the small fee you will pay. Once you get past this stage you really do not have to pay for much more although I do recommend that you get an autoresponder such as aweber.

How to make money without money with research! The research part is coming to a close and I hope by now you have a good idea of the subject that you will be working in and I hope that you are doing the research and testing we are talking about so far.

Today’s lesson may surprise you a bit. The results you get may not be what you expected.

What you think will sell well may not be of interest to other people even though the subject matter is good. For example I have a blog called Really Stupid Ideas and it is about crazy things that people do. You may be surprised to know that it does about three times the traffic I get from another one of my blogs called The A to Z of Success which I would have thought would have done better. It is really surprising what others are interested in.

So for today’s lesson I would like you to go over to ezinearticles and take a look around before we start learning how to make money without money.

Once you get to the front page (and you do not need to register to do this) simply type in your keyword into the search bar and when the results come back, take a look at some of the articles. What we are looking for in particular is towards the very bottom of each article. You will find an area that says “This article has been viewed…” and underneath it there will be a date. You will be able to calculate how popular the article is based on the date. This will give you an idea to the popularity of this subject.

You may find that subjects like Acne are far more popular then making money articles.

Now this is not a definitive result and should not be taken as gospel, but from this you will be able to see 4 things at least:

1) How changing your title can affect the traffic
2) The content people like
3) The style of the writers
4) Similar content in your subject

Take a couple of hours to check around in different subject and make a note of the findings you get. You may be surprised with the results before we learn how to make money without money.

Now if you installed flock, up in the top right hand corner is a search bar. I want to you type in your keyword in the Google search bar and then add the word affiliate like this: how to make money without money affiliate

Now let me say that this 30 day challenge is not about affiliate marketing, but we are going to use affiliate marketing techniques in our research to see if there are any people in your keyword niche who will actually buy any products. Might be a nice keyword, but if no one is buying then you wont make any money. So we will just test using affiliate systems. I am researching how to make money without money myself and I have found a lot of really great products.

Once you have done your search in the Google search bar (actually this also works in Internet Explorer and Firefox) you will see a list of products being shown that have affiliate links. Take a look at them and see what the products look like. See if they are something you might like to sell. At this stage just look around at what is available.

Next go to the Clickbank marketplace and type in your keyword to see if there is any interest. Again this will give you a good idea of what is happening in the market place.

One place that is really great to do market research is Amazon and again go and type in your keyword to see what kind of products are available.

At this stage you are looking to see if there is a healthy market. If you can only find one or two products for sale, you maybe in the wrong market and should think about shifting to a more popular keyword. I was looking in the how to make money without money sections of Clickbank and Amazon and have found loads of fantastic books.

By the way I suggest that you go to Clickbank and Amazon and register as an affiliate with them as I want to you sell a couple of their products on the website just to see if people will buy a product. Pulls useful market research data right into Google's and Yahoo!'s search results, including the following data near each search result.

* PR: (Google PageRank) an estimated measure of global link authority. This section is so very important, for each page of the site (mainly dependent on the URL in the destination URL underneath the Google snippet for description text) — The PR of the page is important but not as important as the number of links to the page in question and their quality. Important attribute, but only good for when used for purchasing link ads on the pages in the SERPs.

* Age: age pulled from Archive.org, shows the first time a page was indexed by Archive.org's spider. The theory is that if Archive.org found a page so did many of the major search engines. A HIGHLY integral part to any domain name’s popularity. The older the domain name and the higher the PR, the more power the site / page will influence SERP results. Age is an important factor and sometimes cannot be seen by the SEO for Firefox toolbar, if you can’t get the information on age, feel free to use the WhoIS at the end of the data sets.

* Links: (Yahoo! linkdomain) shows a rough estimate of the total number of links pointing at a domain

* .edu Link: (Yahoo! .edu linkdomain ) shows a rough estimate of the total number of .edu links pointing at a domain

* del.icio.us: number of times a URL has been bookmarked on Del.icio.us. Heavily skewed toward techy / Web 2.0 stuff.

* Technorati: an estimate of the total number of links to a site from blogs

* Alexa: rank based on website traffic . Heavily skewed toward internet marketing and webmaster related resources.

* Cached: (Google site:) represents the number of pages a site has indexed in the search engines. The more pages of unique, authoritative content, the more value and PR a site will gain and retain. Build your pages, make the content amazing and your cached number of pages will be through the roof. Cached pages is a BIG factor for SEO as well as those attributes listed above.

* dmoz: searches the Google Directory to count the total number of pages from a site that are listed in DMOZ, and the total number of pages listed in DMOZ that reference that URL. DMOZ matters in that a DMOZ link is HIGHLY authoritative and high in PR.

* Bloglines: shows you how many people are subscribed to a particular blog via Bloglines.

* dir.yahoo.com: is a site listed in the Yahoo! Directory or not. Y! Directory listings are incredibly important and provide a tremendous opportunity for high PR boosting.

* WhoIs: makes it easy to look up the whois data for any site.

Have a play around with this today. Check out your competitors and see what gets them to number 1 and copy their strategy.

More 20 Day Challenge - Day 2

How to make money without money is getting exciting. We are on day 2 now of our 30 day challenge and if you followed yesterday’s program you should have a number of special topics that you want to work in. I suggest that you have 5 to 10 different subjects that you are interested in.

Now go to the Keyword Tool External and type in the words one at a time. After a few seconds a number of keywords will be shown including the keyword you chose, but it also gives you alternatives based around your suggestion as a fall back.

As you go down the page you will see lots of different suggestions with a load of different numbers. The most important thing right now is to look under the Approx. Search Volume and you are looking for anything over 80 to 100 a day up.

Now you need to take this keyword and enter it into the Google search bar and use quotes to enter it. For example if you are researching kid’s toys enter it as follows: “kid’s toys”.

When you use the quotation marks Google will look for the exact two words in that exact way and you are looking for a result of pages under 30,000.

I hope that you understand all this as this is a major part of making money without money. Keep on doing this until you find a keyword with good daily traffic and under 30,000 pages.

By the end of today, you will probably have a slightly different set of keywords based around the original 5 to 10 and you will have traffic figures and also the competing web pages.

This will take a little while and is a bit boring, but very important so do not skip this section. This will make or break your success.

How to make money without money. We have been talking about it a lot and you can go all over the internet and find information, but very few people actually make money.

But today we are going to start making money in our 30 day challenge. Hopefully over the last two days you have been setting up twitter, twhirl, youtube and all the other places I spoke about and if not head back to the last two articles to do that.

This is an exciting day. I have never done this before and it is really happening live. I am writing these articles so that you can see what I am doing and you can try it out too and it is for anyone to try.

You may be:

The seasoned internet or business man looking for something new;
You could be a housewife looking for new ways to make money without money so you can give the kids a better life;
You could be the student at college looking for ways to supplement your income to pay for school.

It doesn't matter I am sure that all this will work for anyone with the will and desire to learn and to win.

In fact that alone is a key quality for people who want to make money without money.

So let's start! Day 1

Most business people make a product and then try to sell it. Quite frankly that is a really stupid thing to do. Sorry to be blunt but it won't get you a great deal of success. You may have the most wonderful product in the world, but if no one wants it - you simply won't make any money from it.

Step 1.

The first place to start in any new business is a two fold process.

You need an idea and you need research. Nearly all of the mistakes that are made in business are made in the research stage. Never think that your business will be a success - instead know that it will be a success by using research. Believe me when I say that you can research everything online and this is the 1st step to making money without money.

Step 2

You may have the best project in the world, but unless people know about it, you won't sell a single thing and you won't make any money.

So the 2nd part of today's program is to think about the traffic. Now do you see why I asked you to install youtube, twitter and all the other programs? Traffic is a massive part of any business online and offline and we will be finding traffic in different places so that you can make money without money.

Step 3

The 3rd step to making money without money is to getting your visitors, business partners or customers to actually spend their money with you. There is no satisfaction to having thousands of visitors if no one buys anything. We are running a business here not a charity and the goal for our business is to make money so the 3rd thing we will be looking at is actually getting people to spend with you.

Step 4

The last part of this program will be focusing on the customer and what they want and then give it to them. The product will come last and you must focus on giving the customer what he wants.

Let's start to make money without money. The first thing we need to do is come up with 5 to 10 ideas of things we can do. It helps if we do things we like but to help get some ideas lets go to Amazon and look at the magazine section for some ideas. When you get there take a look at the Catagories section on the left for niche ideas. Whatever section you choose - you should choose something you like because you will be working in it for a long time. Also don't choose a section that is too big.

Once you have you section chosen, you now know how you will make money without money. so let's suppose you decided to work in the craft section and then fine tune that further to model trains you can see by clicking on the model train link that there are only 6 results, which means that there is interest in the product or amazon would not include it, but only 6 vendors supplying. So room for sales here I think.

Explore whatever section you decide until you find one that you are happy with.

Once you have decided how you want to make money without money, then go to google and do a search for the area of business such as model trains. In google click on the "news" tab on the top left hand side of the page and see just how many interesting article there are on your topic. Next go to the bottom of the page and click on the "get the latest news with google alerts and follow this until you sign in to get google alerts on your chosen subject.

Why is this good? Because you will be getting up-to-date-news on your chosen subject before any of your competitors get it and most don't even know about this feature. Think of all the great content you will have.

More 20 Day Challenge Setup

Welcome back to the 2nd setup day of the 20 day challenge. If you followed me yesterday you have already setup some of the options I showed you yesterday.

Ok so just to recap, I am taking part in a 20 day challenge and I am setting up certain features and websites before we start the challenge.

Today I spent sometime setting up the options and features in google reader. I suggest you do the same. Take a look around and see the features that you like and get it ready for the challenge.

Next I went over to stumble upon and got myself an account there. You will need this later so go and install the stumble upon tool bar and go and stumble for a while.

20 Day challenge

This is very exciting for me. I have started a 20 day challenge to make money and I will report what I am doing here. Now before we start the 20 day challenge, there is some work to do setting things up and this actually takes a bit of time. So before I report what is happening on the 30 day challenge, I will report what is happening during the setting up point and if you like you can follow to see if you get results.

So far this is what I have done:

1) I went to www.flock.com and downloaded the new flock internet browser. It is super good as you can do things directly from the browser that you cannot do from IE or Firefox
2) Went to http://twitter.com/home and registered for twitter. If you want to contact me my twitter account is http://twitter.com/timbennett if you want to contact me.
3) Went to http://www.twhirl.org/ and registered an account. Twhirl is a powerful part of twitter.
4) Opened an account with www.google.com so I can access their google reader.

The Number 1 Reason People Are Broke

This article is based on factual research that I have been doing over the last year and is not a figment of my imagination!

In my opinion the number one reason that people are broke is because:

They want to be broke!

Now I know that some of you may now be jumping up and down in defense of the poor and I will agree that not all poor people are poor because they want to be. For example the kids born into an African (or similar) family out in the desert plains miles from civilization, etc). Remember I did say the number one reason, which means there are other reasons.

Also I am referring to people who live in our modern day climate with access to work such as people who live in America, Europe, most of Asia and other so called civilized countries.

Now what makes me say this? Quite simply because it is very easy to make money if you want to. I live in The Philippines and I know some quite incredible people who every single morning wake up really early and spend all day working until late at night. Congrats to them, but they deserve a better life than that. I also know some people who do some amazing things to raise money to do things they want. Again they deserve to be proud of themselves and they too deserve better. I also see some people going down to the hardware shop to buy a pan and a gas tank and to set up a small shop selling eggs to make ends meet. Again they are an inspiration to many.

All of these people are incredible and deserve to make huge amounts of money, but sadly they are a minority. The rest sit around playing basketball, card, chess or other things completely wasting their time and then complain all day about how little money they have and how badly the world treats them.

If you ask them if they want to be rich, they will say YES! Sadly based on results they not only do not want to be rich, they do not do what it takes to be rich.

I am a wealth creation coach here in The Philippines and you would not belief how difficult it is to get students to actually get past the thinking about it stage and get to the time to act stage.

So very simply, if you want to make money with or without money, there is only one thing that you have to do to start the ball rolling to wealth and that is to actually take the time to begin.

No matter what your position in life is right now, broke or otherwise, if you want to make more money then all you have to do is start!

We meet every tuesday night and discuss motivational ideas about making money. One of my students called Joanne has been listening to some of the ideas and she workes in the jewellery business. My team of wonderful students are always coming up with new ways to make money and last June Hermie registered a new blogsite (Check it Here) and so far they have two content articles on the site as they haven't really been promoting it.

However I am pleased to report that they have started taking some action and they made a list of 16 of their best restaurants. They then send faxes, emails and phone calls to the restaurants asking them if they would like to have small banner advertising on the site.

I am pleased to say that they have just got their first restaurant to advertise for 3 months renewable and so they have earned about 4000 pesos without financial cost to them.

Blogspot is free and hosting is free. Emails from their free accounts and I gave them the paper and envelopes and computers to print the letters and they hand delivered them.

"How the hell can five minutes make a difference in my life?"

Well...it can. It does. And it will.

How?

Well...let me tell you a story...

Your alarm goes off, your roll over...and give yourself an extra five minutes.

Because you're now a little late - you have to rush your shower - but you're still behind.

You gulp down your coffee and take a fast walk to the train station. You get there just as your train begins to pull away.

You're going to be late - and you're not happy! You know that you're going to have to jog at the other end because your boss doesn't like lateness.

Five minutes was all it took to 'ruin' your day.

OK. Well maybe that doesn't happen ALL of the time - but it certainly happened to me every now and again. I might not have missed the train - but I began my day a lot more
stressed out than I intended to.

All because of five minutes.

Getting the kids ready for school, meeting friends for dinner, having too long for lunch.

All it takes is five minutes.

I noticed the other day how worried my six-year-old daughter, Katie gets when she thinks that she is going to be late for school. Her little face crinkles up - and her feet start skipping along the ground because she desperately wants to get in line before the bell goes.

All because we got up five minutes later than we should have.

You've got that important report to finish today - but you put it off until after lunch. Then your friend phones and you give yourself time for a little chat. Before you know it - your boss is asking for the report he needs because he's leaving early today.

If only you hadn't taken those five minutes to chat to your friend.

Success isn't about making huge changes, or taking massive chances.

Success is entirely dependent on those little things that you regularly do that you know that you shouldn't.

Double Your Money Part 2

If you have been following some of the things I have been suggesting, then you should already have some money. Maybe we should change the site name to how to make money with money now.

If you really have no money still then I suggest that you go back to the article at how to make money without money 7 and follow the steps that I did.

If you do this in one day, which is very possible, you will see that it is possible to make money fast. If you remember I finished with 4096 pesos. Not a massive amount of money compared to what can be made, but nevertheless there are many creative ways to make extra money there.

So now I am at 8192 pesos. How did I do this?

Well I researched some topics such as desire, faith and the subconscious and I put together a small presentation which lasted about one and a half hours for each subject. I then rented a room with a small projector and sound system (I know one that is for rent if anyone needs one at a low cost in Makati) and invited some of my friends and charged them 200 pesos per head for the evening.

I presented for 3 nights. One night per week and over a three week period after all my expenses of room hire, etc I was able to gross 4096 for myself. I added that to the 4096 that I already had to arrive at my total of 8192.

There are many ways to make money fast, but what I liked about this was that not only was I able to make money from nothing, but that I was also able to help other people at the same time.

This has been very interesting to me and I am now looking forward to making 16k from my 8k. any ideas really are appreciated and I hope that you can make money without money.

I am starting to get the results I want. However, Hermie and I had a very interesting conversation yesterday and we talked about the fact that we think people do not actually (based on results) want to be wealthy or rich. We did some research using ezinearticles.com and what we discovered was that people are searching for things like how to get rich, but the big searches come with things like how to cure acne, how to stop snoring and amazingly really stupid ideas. what is also strange is that in the Philippines the top 10 website are virtually all social sites.

Are you having any success yet? If you are trying any of the things that I have suggested including selling my book The 30 Steps To Success let me know.

Over the last few days I have been doing some experiments and making some changes and this is what I have found out:

1) Google seems to be working about 2 weeks behind at present. When I search for my niche "how to make money without money" Google shows results that happened about two weeks ago. This would explain my drop from position 6 to over 700 as if you remember I changed the whole site, deleted all the content and started again about two weeks ago so I am hoping that in the next few days that I will be up again on the 1st page. I will let you know.

2) The other search engines experience the same. I was ranked very high until I made the drastic changes and now cannot be found. I will wait for Google to show my site again on the 1st page and then resubmit to the other search engines.

3) I have now submitted over 6 articles to ezinearticles.com and they have all been approved and are bringing me in a little traffic. Up to date over 43 new hits that I would not have had before and pretty good considering that I only loaded some a few days a go. I look forward to seeing more hits and I will be uploading more articles.

4) I have also just joined affsphere.com and submitted 5 articles and the great thing about affsphere is that they approve articles in a few hours and you can earn credits to buy advertising. I already have 15 hits to my site from it and I only wrote the articles on Sunday.

5. Also something I am doing on another site to see if it works is a traffic exchange site. The reason I am experimenting with it on another site is that google will not allow traffic exchange and Adsense to run together. I will let you know if I have any success with it. Now here are some of my new successes as of today:

1) I am now experiencing an average of 22 hits per day. If you remember I was getting 1 hit per day so I am pretty happy at the progress and if I keep growing at the same rate I will be hitting hundreds soon.

2) Since I started promoting the site I have had 816 hits.

3) Now in 43 countries with Philippines still as number 1

4) 50% of my traffic is being referred.

5) About 45% of my traffic is recurring traffic.

6) I have 15 backlinks now (out of my target of 20)

All of this is good for me and I hope to bring you more news this week and I will also be giving away a new book as well as updating the free training programs and I hope to be reaching my target of making money online.

Over the last few days I made a few changes and 1st of all I was horrified to see that I dropped from number 6 in Google to number 711 ! Yikes what went wrong in my plan to earn money online.

Well if you remember last week I changed the format of the website including the content as well as the look. I wrote a journal of what I was doing, but I did not include much in the way of keywords. So I have gone back over my articles and re-written them to include my keywords and I will let you know the results as soon as possible. Making money on the internet certainly ain't easy money!

Also if you remember last week I joined blog2u.sg well this was at exactly the same time that my website disappeared on google to 711. I don't know if it is related or not but blog2u does require that you include html code on the site. It is possible that google didn't like it so for now I have taken the code for blog2u of my site. I am not implying that it had an effect, but I am researching to see if there are any conflicts as I certainly do not want to stop my efforts to make money with my computer. I like what I am doing and I should be rewarded accordingly.

I now have two article with ezinearticles and I have submitted 6 or 7 more. The two that I have submitted are bringing me a little bit more traffic so that was a good move. More traffic will help me sell to my advertisers and make my blog a legitimate online money making program.

How To Make Money Without Money - Double Your Money Part 1

You may not want to make money on the internet or even have access to the internet that much even though it is a really great home based business, it may not appeal to you. (But hopefully enough to read this blog!)

So here are some things that I have actually done to make money without money. And I mean I started without any money. After reading this you will have no excuse no to be able to make money as anyone can do this. Even a kid!

Here goes:

1) I asked one of my friends if I could help them with their shopping if they paid me 1 peso. They said yes. I have 1 peso.

2) Another friend asked me if he could use my pen. I sold it to him for 1 peso. I now have 2 pesos.

3) One of my friends asked me to join them for coffee. I said I was really busy, but if they paid me 2 pesos for my time I would join them. I now have 4 pesos.

4) Another friend asked me if (I have lots of good friends) they could check their emails on my computer. I asked them to pay me 4 pesos for the laptop tax (I made that tax up) and they agreed with a smile. I now have 8 pesos.

5) I went out into the street and asked 10 people if they thought they were generous as I was doing market research for my project. 8 of them said yes. I asked them to demonstrate that by giving me 1 peso each. They agreed and I can now state that 8 out of 10 people are generous. I now have a total of 16 pesos.

6) I bought a blank CD, searched the internet for a free book that I was allowed to give away. I burnt it to the CD and then sold it to one of my friends for 27 pesos. Less the cost of the CD which was 11 pesos. I now have a total of 32 pesos.

7) If it works why not do it again. With my 32 pesos I bought another 2 CD's at 22 pesos and sold them for a total of 54 pesos. I now have 64 pesos.

8) One of my friends wanted a file for one of his projects. I went to National Book Store and bought it for 60 pesos. I then sold it to my friend for 124 pesos. He was wiling to pay extra because he said it saved him time so he didn't mind. I now have a total of 128 pesos.

9) One of my friends wanted to move house. I offered to help them if they paid me 128 pesos. They agreed and after about 4 hours I got the money. I now have 256 pesos.

10) I decided that the internet CD idea was a good one. So I downloaded another pack of 10 books which have give-away rights to them. I burnt them to a CD and I sold them all as 1 pack to a business associate who likes motivational books for 267 pesos. Less the cost of the CD I now have 512 pesos.

11) More leads to more. He asked me for another 2 copies for his friends. (Is this network marketing?) I bought 2 CD at 22 pesos and sold them to him at 267 pesos each. I now have 1024 pesos.

12) If it doesn't need fixing don't break it. I did this again. I got together a pack of 80 books and put them together on one CD and sold this to a friend of a friend. I now have 2048 pesos.

13) Ok I am going to do this one more time. I text about 10 people on my cell and 2 agreed to buy. Now I have 4096 pesos.

This is where I am right now. Isn't this exciting? Could you do this too? You know you really can make money without money. I did so can you.

How To Make Money Without Money - Update

If you want to earn money online you will need to make adjustments and a lot of trial and error to see what works for you and what doesn't - just like any other business. a legitimate online money making business is actually just like any other business. It takes time and dedication and a lot of tweaking. It's not easy money and don't believe anyone who says it is.

So here are my updates since yesterday:

I loaded a hidden counter on the site, just to check that the statistics I have coming in are correct. Double checking my figures and so far both systems confirm my figures.

Yesterday I had a total of 27 hits.
This month a total of 519 hits.
Running total of 1238 hits.
Hits from 51 different countries.

New things since yesterday:

I have exchanged links with http://myblog2day.com and thank you for that. Please check out the site there its great.
I also joined www.blog2u.sg and will update you if I have any results there.
I also loaded the video clip regarding The Secret movie. Check it out its a great movie.

An update on my activities so far:

On 28th July I submitted an article to ezinearticles called My Secrets To Making Money Online. It was submitted to the Internet & Businesses Online Category. Which has now been approved and I have had 2 hits from it as of writing.

On 31st July I submitted an article to ezinearticles called Desire to Make Money With Cartoons. It was submitted to the Arts and Entertainment Graphic Arts category. This has now been approved and is online.

You may be wondering why I have submitted an article to the graphics section about making money. Well I already have some articles at ezinearticles submitted and over time the articles from the graphic design area attract far more visitors than the making money articles. So as an experiment I will see and track what happens. One of the keys to making money on the internet is to be as visible as possible and also visible in different niches. It really doesn't matter if you are into dog, boats or books, you can make a home based business out of all of them and everyone wants to eanr money online. The techinques used from one niche to another are basically the same so what works for me will probably be similar to what works for another. Starting a web business has very similar steps and i think can be applied by all. So put articles everywhere.

Added The Secret video to the blog. The Secret is a wonderful film and gives a lot of wonderful clues about how to make lots of money fast. Take a look it is well worth it. I regularly watch it to give me ideas on how to make money.

Other results I have as of the research I have done as follows:

On yahoo I am ranked number 3 out of 811,000,000
On Google I am ranked number 8 out of 50,300,000
On Lycos I am ranked number 2 out of 25,793,019
On Alta Vista I am ranked number 2 out of 815,000,000

From 1st July to 3oth July 2008 I had a total of 471 visitors from 29 countries with Philippines as number 1.

Statistics
Increase of visitors of 141% over last month - Good
Increase of 171% page views over last month - Good
Bounce Rate decreased by 6% over last month - Good
Repeat visitors increased by 23% - Good
Page rank of 3 out of 10 on Google tool bar - Good

So far I am relatively happy with the results, but I know I can do better in the coming days.

How To Make Money Without Money - My Goals

Over the last few days I have been setting up my research and deciding what to do. I have decided to try to make money without money on the internet. There are many other ways, but I will focus on this first and then explore other ideas. The steps to starting an internet business are quite complex. It is easy to put up a website or a blog, what the steps required to get results and start making money online are quite long and it takes time to research.

Before I start I would like to remind you that you can download a free copy of the book The Science Of Getting Rich which is the book that started the movie The Secret. This version is full of wonderful information about the Law of Attraction and I have edited it with loads of fantastic graphics. Just CLICK HERE to download the book. So back to how to make money without money. By the way I am please to see today that if you search for the phrase how to make money without money on google I am number 8 out of over 44 million pages which puts me on the 1st page. It shows my research to get to the top is working!

I am setting specific goals today and these will be as follows:

1) I have earnings of a minimum of 50,000 pesos on or before 1st October 2008
2) I have a minimum of 100 hits per day
3) That I spend no more than 1 hour per day working on the site on or before 1st October 2008
4) I use this blog as my test site
5) Send at least 25 articles to www.ezinearticles.com this month regarding the subject of making money without money .
6) I create stickability on this site by including content related videos.
7) I create more stickability (my new word) by giving away at least 1 new product each week.
8) Write content to this site a minimum of 3 times a week to update the readers on my progress.
9) Email blast to everyone I know within one week
10) Text blast to everyone I know within one week
11) Get at least 20 backlinks to my site from other content related sites within 2 months
12) Cross links to all my other sites and visa-versa
13) Add content at least once a week to social sites such as technorati, myspace, youtube, linkedin, propeller, stumbleupon, reddit, digg, etc
14) Launch affiliate marketing on the site such as clickbank, etc
15) Make a list of my potential advertisers for the site
16) Draft letter to advertisers with a report of the tracking figures to show benefits of advertising on site
17) Plan employing an assistant to help run the site
18) Capture leads on the site by launching an update and newsletter email
19) Add a poll to the site to see what readers want
20) Track my traffic and experiment with new settings

There is a lot to do and obviously I can't do this all in one day. It will take time, but I will give an update on a regular basis of what I am doing. I am excited to get my small business ideas going and to start building for the future. Many people find it difficult to find the opportunity to make money online, but hopefully I can help them with this blog.

I made one blunder over the weekend and that was I changed the design of the site and I forgot to include the google analytics html code in the page so I lost all my tracking figures over the weekend. I didn't realize until yesterday. Duh!

My first project will be the subject of how to make money on the internet. I will show you the steps to starting an internet business and hopefully you can copy me and earn money online.

In the future I will be discussing other ways but for now I will focus on the internet. First I need to remind you that you should be thinking about making a legitimate money making machine. Do not start out by doing underhand techiques and working in areas that are shady. It won't earn money online for long if you do.

In a moment I will tell you about my research today and what I have discovered, but before I do that I will tell you where I am right now. I have the blog you are reading and at present I have only made 100$ from it and I have had the blog for about 3 months. I think that this is terrible and want to do something about it. I think I did say that this is not easy money. So I am trying different things and reporting here my results.

So here we go!

I spent the day researching the internet to find out what makes a difference when it comes to internet marketing and this is what I have discovered so far:

1) You must have good interesting content on your sites. This is very important. Also if the content is original content even better you site should be a legitimate online money making system.
2) It really helps if you have your own domain rather than a free blog like this one. although the free blogs are ok, your own domain will give you more credibility especially helpful when you are trying to provide affiliate programs.
3) Niche marketing is very important. you won't earn money online if people cannot find you.
4) Free is a growing trend. You can earn money online by giving things away free.
5) Solve people's problems. This is the fastest way to make a lot of money fast.
6) Keywords are important. If you want to make money online, use keywords.
7) Follow the rules. Very simply - if you do not you won't earn money online.
8) High ranking on the search engines is important. If people can find you without having to search for you it is possible to make lots of money fast.
9) Getting links on other sites to your site in very important. These sites should be similarly related in content. If I link to other sites that promote how to start an internet business it will help me to earn money online also. Support each other.
10) Social networking sites must be used. This is a fantastic way to make lots of money fast. Social sites are the rage now. In The Philippines the top 10 traffic sites are social sites.
11) There is a huge amount of rubbish on the internet and people are looking for great content. Providing great content instead of the same old rewritten stuff will certainly help you make money online.
12) It is very important to track your results and make changes accordingly. If you do not you will not know what is working and what is not. The best internet business practices need to be followed and tracking results is important.
13) Don't ram buying products down the visitors throats. do not make making money on the internet your number 1 priority. Make helping people your priority and the money will follow. I really hate it when I go to a site and all I get is hard hard sell.
14) Get a mentor in your chosen subject. If you want to make money fast, find someone who has done it before you and copy them.
15) Have a targeted plan and follow it. However be flexible. Making money online is not simple and what you think will work often does not and you may need to change ideas.
16) Set up a system. It is the system that will help you make money with your computer. You do not want to be spending all day at the computer trying to earn money online.
17) Work in an area that you are passionate about. If you are going to make money at home, you may as well enjoy it.
18) You need to invest time and money to get results. Investing money is important. You will need at least a computer and internet accesse similar to what you put in. The more you put in the faster you will make money online.
19) Do not treat your project as a sideline. They are important and the heart of making money online. If you don't look after them - they wont look after you. No free money here!
20) Give your customer what he wants not what you think he wants and do not screw anyone. Give them a good value product and maintain stickability. Do not try to make money only one time from your customers. give them good products and serive and they will keep coming back to you and you will make money fast.

I am sure there are other things, but for me these are the most important things I found today.

I am going to take you on a step-by-step journey of what I am doing and I am doing this live. By this I mean that the dates you see in the blogs are the dates I am doing it. So today is 28th July 2008.

In a moment I am going to explain what I am going to do, but before I do I want to say thank you for dropping by this site and remind you about the free book and videos on the right hand side of the Blog. Don't forget to check.

Over the last few weeks I have been building this blog and the results I have been getting are not what I want. 3 weeks ago I was getting 30 hits a week which is pretty terrible if you want to earn money. So I decided to focus on increasing the hits on a weekly basis. My goal for week 1 was 100 hits and so I text lots of people and at the end of the 1st week got about 78 hits. I didn't hit my target, but I doubled my hits. The second week my target was 110 hits. With a lots of cell text and email I got 193 hits. Way over my target and I was quite happy, but it is taking too much of my time. The third week my target was 121 hits and I got 146 hits. Still over target, but again it is taking too much of my time and although it was over my target it was down on last week.

So I started to wonder what I am doing wrong. I have been doing all my research and SEO and it is not working the way I want.

So this is day 1. This is what I have done today:

1) Define where I am right now:

A) Website has been running for 4 months or so
B) It has generated my 100$ in advertising income so far
C) I have on average after 3 weeks of promoting 20 hits a day
D) It is taking too much of my time

2) Define what I want:

A) That I have an income of 50,000 pesos on or before 1st October 2008
B) That I am generating a minimum of 100 hits per day
B) It takes me on average no more than 1 hour per day

So I have a long way to go. Now I am going to go and make my plan. I will let you know tomorrow what I do.

How to make money without money is a subject that is very close to my heart and something I have been trying to promote over the last few months, but today I am going to take a different approach. The steps to starting an internet business are complex and it takes time, hard work and trial and error.

I have tried searching on the internet for weeks now to find real solutions, but when I use the search term "how to make money without money" I don't find any real solutions I just find people trying to sell stuff I don't really want.

I remember hearing about a 17 year old girl who was making 70000$ per month working on the internet. Her name is Ashley Qualls and if she can do it why not me. So I started to research how she did it and I am going to start trying some new things. I will give you my results on this blog so that you can follow what I am doing and copy it. I will tell you my successes and failures so that you can see from a real perspective. Keep coming back as often as you can for updates.
